A Traffic Police Was Seriously Injure After Hit By Motorbike With Cart While Enforcing The New Law

Kandal: According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, a traffic police in Kandal province was seriously injured after he was hit by a motorbike that attached with a cart while he was enforcing the new law. The accident happened around 05:05 pm on 12 Jan 2016 along National Road Number 1 located in Korkie village, Korkie commune, Kein Svay district, Kandal province.

The victim named Hieng Sokphal, 50 years old, living in Preak Tapov village, Dorm Mean commune, Takmoa city, Kandal province. He had injury with his leg and head. He was sent to Calmette right after the accident. The motorbike driver was arrested afterward.

Should have read, A Traffic Police Was Seriously Injure After Hit By Motorbike With Cart While reading and trying to understand and work out how to enforce The New Law and new changes to it!
A big cart like that being pulled by a moto probably couldn't top 35kmh, it's big enough to see coming, just saying!

Good for him, standing his ground. No number plate I'd guess, one of the few remorques with lights.
