A Foreigner Passed Out On the Sidewalk Causing Surprise

Phnom Penh: According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, around 5:40 am on 11 Jan 2016, people found a foreigner passing out on the sidewalk along street 154 corner of street Norodom Blvd in front of Grand Optics, a glasses shop.

Witnesses said, the foreigner is approximately 35 years old. It is not sure where he was staying and where he was coming from. He once was found passing out in this place before on 09 Jan 2016 and then the police woke him up and then he walked away. two days later he was found passed out in the same location. It seemed like he was under the influence of drugs. No matter how hard the police tried to wake him up, but he didn’t wake up. Later, police called for ambulance to bring him to the hospital.
