The strong man is on holiday with his wife and grandsons and granddaughters at Ocher Teal Beach on 29 December 2015.

Apparently his rival also enjoyed spending time at the beach a few days ago, but not in Cambodia.

That'll explain why the entire navy (looked like two Corvettes to me, maybe a 7" pop gun at the front, what looks like 12.5mm AA at the back) were parked up in the bay. I'm guessing it was Y Sokleng (that's the SHV city governor, right?) who did a walk-through of the concert, there were GRs blowing whistles and cameras as I was sat at the Angkor stand at about 7. All these CPP bigwigs have the same suit and haircut so all rook same to me.

Just a few more pictures from strongman holiday at the beach. Interestingly he shook hand with a westerner tourist and it is not that often that people could see the strongman acting like a normal person walking along the beach without his thousand of bodyguards around. Lately he seems to be really nice and doesn't afraid of walking in the public. Perhaps, he was influenced by Barack Obama's video walking in the public and saying hi to people.
