Which country Cambodia should stick with?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Thanks everyone for your contribution in this thread. I enjoy reading them all. BTW, i just read an article the other day. The government of Japan is in discussion with our government in a project of building a highway. The Japanese government wants to help us build a high way from Phnom Penh to Bavet.
