A pretty woman hit a man on a scooter to death and then she returned to run over him again to make sure he is dead but she ended up hitting a traffic police and an onlooker

Phnom Penh: According to Kampuchea Thmey Daily News: A young Cambodian woman hit a man on his scooter to death and after she had been driving forward about 200 meter. She returned to run over him again to make sure he is dead, but she ended up hitting a traffic police and an onlooker instead. Later on, she was arrested by police.

The accident happened in the mid night on 10 December 2015 around 12:15 am along national road number 5, Village number 4, Klang Sang village, Russey Keo commune, Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh.

Police said the accident caused by the young Cambodian girl who drive a Camry car with number place 2R 8395. Her name is Rony Sereyvathana, female, 22 years old, and student. She lives at house number 42 p, street 15, Phnom Penh Thmey commune, Sen Sok district, Phnom Penh.

Police said, before the accident happened. The young Cambodian girl was driving on national road number 5 in speedy mode in the direction from North to South while the man was driving his scooter in the direction from South to North. Then, when he reached where the accident happened, he was hit by the car and died immediately at the scene. After that, the patrolling police came in to facilitate, unexpectedly after having driven for 200 meter she returned back aiming to run over the man again, but she ended up hitting the police and one of the onlookers. After that she was arrested and sent to police station while the police and the onlooker were sent to hospital.

Khmer as a rule cannot drive but these young girls are the worst and real scary when driving huge SUV's.

My prediction (what do you think?) Daddy or someone close will pay the victims family, 5k to 10k who will splash out, have a big jolly funeral where everyone will get drunk and merry. The policeman might get a grand, the onlooker $100, The girl will just shrug and get someone to wash the blood off the car and be back on the road like nothing had happened. In a real world she would get 5 years min!

Exactly. And the girl will be in the news again in a year or so after having plowed into a group of people.

And what is it with the "Pretty woman"; she is a dog.

i always heard this from those f*cking truck drivers from Sihanoukville seaport. They always said. If you hit someone you need to make sure that the person is dead so the compensation is low.

I just checked her facebook her page it has gone....she has family in Oz and a US Kymer husband,studying architecture....she was a nightmare for most teachers , but she would bribe me with gifts every lesson so I didn't mind her....sad news .
Plus they say she reversed to finish him off, but I sure she will say she wasn't sure she hit him saw him in the mirror started to reveres to give aid and her foot slipped etc....$10,000-20,000 by looking at the bike involved the victim also has some money
