But the (very) occasional Zinger burger does hit the spot! Had one here when it opened and probably won't have another one for 12 months or so,(I much prefer Thida's chicken and mushroom pies which are only a 10 metre walk away and cheaper if you get the 3 for $5 deal). But it was as good as any Zinger burger I've had in Australia!

The Popeye's in Malaysia is at the Airasia terminal at KL airport. There are 11 Popeye's in Singapore. Samudera's is the only real store in town. Orange or Lucky Ocean don't have a heck of a lot. Samudera is just to the right as you turn from the main street onto the street that leads to the big Cambodian market downtown. Look for a traffic jam out front. Its got most everything you need, but could use a better beef suppler.

Somebody must of tipped them off that you were back in town as they had two large trays of both the steak and chicken pies today! Usually there's only one. Samudera sells the premade gravy, not cheap though!Jamie_Lambo wrote:Hotdigr wrote:Yeah mate, 2 bucks each or 3 4 5. Head over across the street to the old fried chicken place, 1$ chicken burgers till 5pm. Romdouls on VH makes a nice chicken Schnitzel burger (and hamburger too) for 8kr/7kr if they've got regular buns.Jamie_Lambo wrote:tried out the KFC earlier, the burger wasnt too bad, the chips were a bit soggy i got the zinger meal with cheese $4.40
