Post by General Mackevili » Wed Nov 18, 2015 10:53 am

A thief was caught in Phnom Penh trying to steal a Tuk-Tuk. The lynch mob tied his hands behind his back and beat him senseless until the police arrived.

The mob was kind enough to not steal his fanny pack.

So what if he was restrained when they beat him. Why should he get a fairer chance than those he was stealing from? He should be thankful they didn't cut off his hands or kill him.
