McD's is better in Thailand
According to this guy who has tried MDs in 34 countries, and who thinks that Hello Kitty Happy Meals are a good idea , Thailand has the best MDs. It's not so surprising that in countries where the food is generally good, and where people are used to eating well, even the fast food chains have to make an effort or they won't keep their customers. MDs in France also has better quality food, supposedly.

Also quite funny that this guy says he eats MDs for its "taste of home away from home" effect, and then lists all the reasons why Thailand is different/better.

In my opinion the fast food franchises don't really differ from country to country. Except that one whopper I had in Cambodia that tasted completely wrong.

^^ Theoretically, they're supposed to be exactly the same everywhere. Theoretically.

And, . . . .
When KFC first arrived in the Kingdom, it was pretty good.

Surely all McDonald’s should taste the same, or be as good a quality....

I wouldn't know as I haven't eaten at McDonald's, or any other fast food chain for that matter, but apparently there are regional variations:
