I have recently moved to the BKK3 area near Toul Sleng and I am looking for somewhere I can visit the gym and pool on regular occasions.

If you don't mind being around by local. You should go to swim at Olympic stadium (price $1.5). Note there is no gym.

not that clear, but it is not really bad up to the point you can not swim.

Only 6000riel? Like at Long Beach Plaza too. But both of them no gym. I'm looking for a nice cheap place to swim and gym too, but they seems not clean and private.
