Drone over Monivong
Drone over Monivong
I saw my first drone today, on Monivong around 5.15 pm. It was standing in the air at about 10-15m, in front of Canadia Tower, directly before the big intersection when driving southwards. Black, maybe 60 cm diameter, with two "eye-like" red lights.
Are they used for traffic control? Or what else could it be? It was quite a weird encounter...

Ok, let me rephrase...PSD-Kiwi wrote:bong.kuit wrote: Are they used for traffic control?
Are they used to check out when opposition MP's are leaving the NA?
(Actually there was one of these bigger police stops close to where I saw the drone before when I went back two hours later. That's why I mentioned traffic control. Mea culpa. )

The National Assembly isn't anywhere near Monivong. Are they used to check out when opposition MP's are leaving the NA?
Silence, exile, and cunning.
Re: Drone over Monivong
Oh, I mistook the Peace Palace for the NA.

Drones in PP are banned ever since a nutter hovered one of them in front of the Queen Mother's windows... https://www.cambodiadaily.com/news/city ... ent-78086/
