Conflicting Cambodian visa information - beware of BS.

Do you have a Cambodian trip report you want to share? Post it here, and feel free to link to your blog if it's a travel blog for Cambodia, South East Asia, or anywhere really. You can ask and answer questions about travel advice in Cambodia or just share your pictures and videos with us. Most people who live in or visit Cambodia have also checked out nearby countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and you can get to most of these countries by traveling overland, so put any travel plans, reviews or questions here. Discussions about dirt bike trails in here as well.

Yea, that was a good find Anchor Moy, it's amazing how much incorrect info there is out there on the net. But, if the rules and prices have changed, then the author of that site must know someone in the Immigration Dept. and is getting his information before it is publicly released. Like I said, I'll be flying into PP again soon, so will report back if there have indeed been any changes, but I doubt there has.

UPDATE: clarification on Ordinary/Business visas. Just in case anyone has doubts.
RE: Ordinary visa price: The visa information thread here on CEO is correct today 31/10/15.The price is $35 for OV and $30 for tourist visa.
Also, there is absolutely no change in immigration attitude to issuing the E1 visa. No questions asked, no work permit mentioned or work papers required.
This is on arrival at Pochentong Airport, Phnom Penh. It's possible that things are a little different at some land border entry points, but this is the official status, so don't believe anyone who tells you different - or anything that you read on internet sites/blogs etc.

"I tell you this, on an internet site ... don't believe anything you read on internet sites." Nice one, AM!

In June, I paid $30 for a Tourist Visa on Arrival at PNH... and in July, $50 for a one month extension (without leaving the country) at Green House Travel on Otres Beach.
You could be next.

a small caveat: I have a year visa and am popping over to Thai, anyone know if I will need to show a WP upon reentry, it may be poipet or Ko kong. I'm sure I will be able to waltz through but just curious as my illustrious employers have been processing my WP for a year now ( really?) and they will give me a letter stating so! They also say that any problems just call them and they will sort it but who knows eh?
