Come on UT, Recently there are most young educated and qualified Cambodians are working with the government, those older folks who barely speak English and use computer are already at home watching TV and looking after their granddaughter or grandson.

Samouth, you need to re-read the Prakas in your OP.
This year there are 4 days for KNY. 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th.
