Foreigner drove his big motorbike to hit another motorbike and left three people injured

Kampong Speu: According to Kampuchea Thmey Daily News, A foreigner was taking his girlfriend on his big motorbike in high speed. He was driving recklessly; as a result, he crashed another motorbike from behind which left three people injured. All injured people were brought to hospital for medical assistance. The accident happened on 24 September 2015, around 12:25 pm, along national road number 4, located in Trapeang Ampel market, Trapeang Kong commune, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.

Police confirmed that the foreigner who was driving his yellow big motorbike name Jack, 51 years old and his girlfriend name Ouk Stim, 23 years old. They both are German national.
