Bassaka Requires $240 Lifting Service from Disabled Passenger
Bassaka Air defamed its reputation by asking a disable Sudanese woman to pay 240 dollar for lifting service
Phnom Penh: According to Dap News, the staff of Bassaka Air is making defamation for Cambodia in the Angkor Wat complex, Siem Reap province because of the love of money rather than reputation. The staffs of Bassaka Air who work at Siem Reap International Airport prevented a disable Sudanese woman from boarding. They required her to pay 240 dollar extra for lifting service. As a result, she missed a meeting and it drew a lot of criticism from the public. Everyone felt sorry for the disable Sudanese woman as he flew all the way from her country and nothing like this ever happened at every airport in other countries she transited.
Mrs. Van Thoun, the country director of ADD International/Cambodia Organization which is currently working to empower and provide the health assistance for disable people in Cambodia told Dep News on 21, September, 2015 that on 19, September, 2015, Mrs. Rahma Elsiddig Gasm, Sudanese, has got a ticket from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. She was supposed to join in a meeting about the disability in Cambodia which was held in Kampong Spe province. Unfortunately, when she arrived the check-in in Siem Reap International Airport, the staffs of Bassaka Air didn’t allow her to boarding. They required her to pay 240 dollar extra for lifting service. The staffs of Bassaka Air confirmed that it is its company principle.

Just waiting for Sailorman to explain how this is a rational way to treat disabled extremists and how she was clearly going to claim asylum at the conference...

TheGrinchSR= Gay, loser/flamer.
In the first place I wouldn't fly this airline after doing some research into the history of the airplane(s). 20 year old airplanes that have been serviced in Southeast Asia. Second I wouldn't fly it for their attitude towards the disabled. Shame on them, I hope they go belly-up and bankrupt. Shame on TheGrinchSR for taking a seriously important subject and turning it around to disparage me. It only shows his lack of intelligence. I can only hope that he ends up in a wheelchair someday to drool on his-self , shit his adult diapers and are discriminated against.

When you finally get yourself an education, perhaps you could start by learning what subject-verb agreement is? It's ironic that the racist can't even use his own language properly. I'd also like to bet $100 that you're shitting your pants already; just for fun.Sailorman wrote:TheGrinchSR= Gay, loser/flamer.

Re: Basska Require $240 Lifting Service from Disable Passeng
Shitty, but they are a budget airline and budget airlines do shit like then when they legally can.
Ryanair, Easyjet, whatever. Same principle; sell the seat cheap and then screw the punter for every cent possible. This lady presumably bought a ticket; she should have read the contract/terms and conditions and then decided whether to buy the ticket and pay t6he excess, or not. I'm fairly sure this would be illegal in somewhere say like the EU, but we are not in the EU, are we?
EDIT: They're cunts alright; I just quickly went through the booking process fr one of their flights online and when you get to the link for the terms and conditions the page doesn't exist:
http://www.bassakaair.com/en/termsandconditions
So she couldn't have been aware that there would be a $240 surcharge for lifting her.
Another passenger should have helped her out and gave her a hoist.

Nonsense.
Though they need to fix the link to their terms and conditions webpage.
