This is hard to follow, but the three Mother Nature activists were arrested on other charges a month after their release in 2016 (see above post). They are still in jail, and not likely to be released any time soon. The activists are unable to pay the sand-dredging company, Direct Access, the $25,000 that they owe in compensation.
