Burglar Steals From British Expat then Jumps Off Roof in SHC

Sihanoukville: According to Koh Santepheap NewsA thief broke into a foreigner house on the first floor via the roof. Then after he managed to steal some properties, he tried to flee, but the neighbor saw him and began shouting “thief, thief’’. He was scared, so he jumped off the roof and hurting himself and the neighbors began to beat him. The event happened around 7:00 on 30 August 2015 at group 26, Village 3, commune 3, Sihanoukville.

The foreigners who stay at that house name Cooper Lee, 39 year old, British. The thief name Keiv Sok Keng, 25 years old. He stole 30000 riel and a mobile phone.
