in the west we wouldnt use the word Penis, we would use one of these words which describe a penis, you may have heard one or 2...
Dick!
Cock!
Knob!
Dick head!
Bell end!
Plonker!
Pecker!
All these words are a more offensive way to say Penis, and can be used to insult someone, i think some you will only hear in Britain

haha i know three of them. English has too many synonymy to remember. :)

Many offensive words. I used to see the knob , but I assumed it mean No.

Btw this son was really cruel. He'll go to the 19th floor of the hell. He will never reborn again!

Curious, what is the highest floor number in hell from which you can still be reborn.

Meaning, if he was on the 12th floor could he be reborn?

haha a knob could also refer to the rounded handle on a door or draw

I don't know which floor that they can reborn, but it'll take too long time to reborn again.
