Nothing to do with the Extension of Stay category. Average processing time for any Visa EOS via an agency is 7-10 days, but can be quicker or longer depending on several factors ie. Holidays, the agencies connection with the DoI Visa Office in PP (which is where ALL EOS's are processed). What many agencies outside of PP do is wait until they have a huge pile of passports before they send them to PP, many also use better connected agencies to facilitate the applications.

You've only been waiting 2 weeks, nothing to be concerned about yet. Any longer than 3-4 weeks you really should start getting on your agents case...hopefully your passport hasn't been lost, or the agency hasn't gone broke and doesn't have the funds to pay the DoI.

Also note, that as long as your passport and EOS application is received by the DoI Visa Office before expiry of your current Visa or EOS, then you don't go into overstay, regardless of how long it takes them to process your EOS.

There is an agency in Kampot, Billabong, which I have been warning people about for years, which dozens of people are complaining about currently, because they've been waiting months for their passports, official complaints have been lodged with the DoI and Police. Appears they may be broke, the owner is trying to sell plots of land at rock bottom prices.

With regard to the overstay once the passport has been lodged, that Billabong women is claiming she had to stump up the overstay fines which must mean she never even sent them to immigration!

She has the cheek to post her services again saying it wasn't her fault blah blah blah.

She is just another Kampot Chara
