Is it just me, or did Vladimir completely flip his shit over absolutely nothing at all?

I thought LTO was kind enough to laugh at his joke (hence the smiley), and then Vlad just started on again about dwarves, whores, embassies, etc.

I personally can not tell about the author, since many people suggested that i shouldn't judge him according to what he wrote, not to mention i have never met him in person. I should have stayed longer at the party, so i might see him. :)
