No. I've never owned a home.
(And I turned this into a poll.)

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Re: Do you own a house back home?
^ Fair enough.
I was thinking of those options too, but thought it was a better poll with just the 2 options.
"Back home" means different things to us all.
I usually say I had a nice time "visiting the States," and I was "glad to be home" when I arrived in Cambodia.

Re: Do you own a house back home?
haha thats exactly what im like, when ever i come back to england im here "just visiting family" home is definitely where the heart is, and i definitely dont feel like im at home in england whenever i "visit"... when im in england i always miss Cambodia a lot, but when im in cambodia im like... "England who??" haha just waiting for my sister to push her baby out then i can get back to the kingdom with the freedom of not having any "family business" to come back for at least a year or 2!General Mackevili wrote:^ Fair enough.

Re: Do you own a house back home?
funny; 80% of my friends here in Thailand own their own homes (condo or home)
NONE own one in their birth country
quite different from those i know in Cambodia where only my brother in law owns his own home and NONE of my friends

Re: Do you own a house back home?
Apart from PP, house prices in Cambodia are very cheap (compared to western countries.)
Re: Do you own a house back home?
That should include, the city of Sihanoukville, Kampongcham, Kep, Kampot, Siem Reap and Battambang. House prices in those provinces are incredibly expensive too.Anchor Moy wrote:Apart from PP, house prices in Cambodia are very cheap (compared to western countries.)
