I used to live in BKK1 which was fine but 5 years ago I found an Oasis over the Bridge in Chrouy Changvar and the move over here was great. Fresh air no traffic, hardly ever use the car everything is walking distance , schools , Lucky , Aeon Mart and 200 yards away Bayon which pretty much has everything you could need . Also a plethora of markets , stores and restaurants. If we need to go Riverside or BKK1 it takes an average of 10 to 15 mins .
Anyway trying to find a four bedroom villa is difficult and certainly for many not affordable in downtown. My neighbor recently had to leave for work reasons and now this prime Villa is available.
Our neighbor is the Golden Temple Wat Keing Klang which for the most part is very peaceful and quite , not so much China new years and one or two holidays when the drums and chanting are noticeable for a few days or week but not nearly as bad as a Karaoke I suffered through in BKK1 .
This villa has stunning & relaxing views over the majestic Mekong from the living room and large terrace
4 bed rooms three with en suites and one that shares as a common bathroom for guests. The kitchen is large and western style fully equipped with good new sized Fridge, gas burner and wall oven with a handy island layout it adjoins the comfortable living room with a 60 inch wall mounted TV and a super relaxing reclining sofa
This one is 1500 - however since no agent you can bargain it down to $1400 .
There is a smaller three bedroom available on the 2nd floor has amazing views up and down the Mekong, it has a massive out door area / terrace but it isn't as luxurious and it does get hot , aircon needed most days hence its just $700 .
Another 3 bedroom with really nice garden view and Jacuzzi but no river view is 900.
A 3 bedroom + maids located in the garden with a small river view from the living room is 1000 (we lived in here for two years through Covid and funds were short)
we now live in a river view with three bedrooms and above us is another really nice and quite 3 bedroom over looking the river with massive terrace $1400 but no agent so can get for $1300.
The place is very green with fruit trees and 24 hours security has full time maintenance guy who is friendly and helpful. There is small gym and good pool table. Undercover parking as well, with electric entrance gate.
The owners ask 2 months deposit one month advance and are currently in France for medical reasons which is why thee are vacancies and why I am helping out here .

I think the pen/ edit has an expiry time and I reached it . I sure most would realize the error for what it is
