I want to rent an electric scooter in Cambodia. Do I need a drivers license?

If it is less than 11kW, no. Not sure if those 11kW are peak or rated, we were never able to get an answer to that, but you will do hard to find anything with this amount of power for rental anyway

you dont need a license for less than 125 cc so doubt u'd need one for an ebike

An e-bike differs from an e-scooter. Many makes of e-scooters look like gas scooters so cops might take notice. e-bikes look more like a bicycle. I have been riding my 1000w e-bike for over 5 years and have not been stopped even tho at times I ride on sidewalks, the wrong way on one-way streets etc with the cops right there and have not been stopped.
