A tough choice! Having never been to any of these places, I can only speculate based on what my two adopted brothers from DRC have told me, anecdotally. But they were so young when they left. Their accounts and memories are from the limited perspective of young children (which they were at the time).
For a couple years after leaving DRC, the older of the two suffered from PTSD (which he thankfully has worked through) and would climb into trees whenever airplanes passed overhead. The kid already had a thousand-yard stare by the time he was age 7.
That makes it really hard for me to choose DRC.
