If money isn't an issue why is a family member flying to Cambodia not an option?
Maybe it's their dirty uncle Tom that nobody really wants to deal with. But they have enough money if somebody else can sort it out, and preferably make sure uncle Tom stays put in Cambodia.
Maybe they're collectively too afraid of airplanes, tuk tuks or foreign culture in general.
Or, maybe they are just really busy with say, work and family.
