Before covid when Vinci airports were publishing Cambodia Airports arrival figures, the official tourism statistics were pretty similar to the numbers Vinci reported. And as far as I know, Vinci's numbers were not based on the government numbers.

Sounds great, but wasn't 2022 still highly affected by covid? Prices of plane tickets etc. Tourism in general.

"2022 was one of the worst years in history but at least the numbers are only half as shit this year"

Or maybe it's time to make more potholes to help slow the traffic down so the tourist have a better chance of crossing the road without getting hit.

I think a lot of them work in restaurants. I eat in Indian restaurants a lot, and all the staff are Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi. Not sure how they get work permits as waiters, but there are no more Khmer in many of those eateries.
