What is it with Brits & Baked beans?

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

Nope. A real dish. New England speciality.

Fabada Asturiana is one of the most wholesome struggle meals, it's beans and less processed pork than franks

Those are completely different. One is made with kidney beans and the other with haricots.

Cadbury's chocolate is perfectly acceptable, Asian chocolate is awful. The best chocolate is from Belgium and Switzerland. Heinz baked beans are superior, especially with an English breakfast or simply beans on toast. Ayam brand is Indonesian and are crap beans

Poor people's food -- historically speaking. Beans are okay, but franks are made from scrapings off the slaughterhouse floor, all the unusable crap -- basically fat, unused gristle and cartilage ground into paste and flavoured with pure chemicals. Yummy!

Lobsters used to be poor people’s food, too.

And foie gras.

And brisket.

And fried chicken.

So?

Delicious is delicious.
