Old fat barang that get visited by some low life broke mother with her children regulary.

Was just a matter of time and good that they got tipped of. Hopefully he got all his logins stored on the computer so they can access the sites he used and hand over the information to the police in whatever country his friends reside in. Sure there are others shitting their pants all over the world now.

Words cannot describe my feelings towards people who commit these horrible acts against children, including the parents who allow it to happen...what makes me just as mad is the lenient sentences they get handed, just about every case we read about, the perps only get short sentences of 3-7 years, they should be sentenced to life in a shitty Cambodian prison cell with no chance of early release or pardon from the King.

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A Swiss national, identified as Stephan Werner, aged 58, was arrested by the Phnom Penh Municipal Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Office and sent to Phnom Penh Municipal Court on September 29, 2023, on charges of procuring child prostitution.

According to sources, the mother of the children sold them to this foreigner in exchange for a monthly payment of US$150 for three or four "visits" per month.

When the suspect was arrested, the police brought him in for questioning, and then built a case against him according to the procedure. The child victims have been sent to the Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation in Phnom Penh.

The Khmer Times is saying he is a "Swiss Chinese Man". Is he a Chinese national somehow, partially ethnic Chinese, or is this just a bad typo on the Khmer Times' Part:

Chinese citizenship is not only notoriously difficult to acquire, but dual nationality is generally forbidden under Chinese law; but then still, why would the KH Times say this?
