I wonder how many people use the same PIN for their ATM card as they do for their phone.

If a girl sees you unlock your phone, and then steals your ATM card, you may be f*cked.

Easy enough from a sidepiece's perspective to "shoulder surf" banking app pins as somebody inputs them while doing literally any of the many transactions that require them

also many idiots record their various pins, codes and passwords in their phone notepad or in sms drafts

Easy to find and catch her, once you know her approach. Make a fake profile, find her, chat and pretend to be easy target. Then invite her over for dinner. Once she is inside the apartment, or when she is on her way, call the police and detain her until they arrive.

500 is quite salty, I once paid 140 for tracking down and retrieving a customers passport and phone. The hunt started at 8 pm and by 2 am they brought the culprit to the crime scene, but not before having her pick up the phone she had pawned, and the passport was brought in the morning.

The police station is just like any business here, if the price is way over reasonable, simply haggle. "Bong, I only have 100, as I lost everything, but I have a bottle of johnny walker as well".
