Just for fun: which was ur 1st mobile?
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

This was my first. In 1992, Hitachi CR-D300. Very sleek in comparison with what had been available in previous years.

Re: Just for fun: which was ur 1st mobile?
The item currently identifying as 1. is reminiscent of the phone when they started making them practically portable. Previously, the company I was working with had what was basically a smallish motorbike battery, with a handset cradle built into a handle.
As well as being a phone, it easily doubled as an offensive weapon and an affront to technology as we thought it should be.
To be truly portable, I think you could have a car attached as an option.

Re: Just for fun: which was ur 1st mobile?
I think it was a 1610 around 1997. It cost around £300 and I had to pay about £30 a month for the line and calls extra paid from my bank account directly. I had a pager before that which cost similar.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

My first mobile was the Siemens S4. Timewise I'd guess that would be between #1 and #2.
