I read that article.

Apparently the guy that was killed was being followed by police for several blocks and then tried to evade the officers by doing an illegal turn.

Window was partially down as the officer approached the car and then put all the way up when the officer approached the door. Suspect did have a knife on him. He wasn’t just ‘sitting there’.

In the signs of demanding ‘Justice’ for the victim, the guy shot has his photo plastered on it clearly throwing some kind of sign (gang sign?)

All this in North Philly which has been plagued by gang violence.

What’s the solution? Let the gangs take over the city and murder whomever they want?
