Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): Daun Penh police and Phnom Penh Municipal police say they have arrested the group of youths who were involved in a shiocking case of street violence, where they used a bottle of wine to attack a young man in front of Miss EX Entertainment Club, located along the corner of Street 55 and Street 242, Sangkat Boeung Reang, Khan Daun Penh Daun Penh.
The arrested suspects:

The victim was hit on the head, knocked unconscious, and taken to hospital, where he is now recovering. At this time, the competent authorities are carrying out the legal procedures against the suspects.

It's hard to make out .. does that guy have 'loser' tattoed on his face? If not he might as well have.

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): According to the police, the young victim, Mao Meng Hong, 19 years old, male, was trying to stop a fight involving a girl he knew, when he was attacked by the four youths in the street outside the EX Club.

The group of 4 suspects who hit the victim with a bottle and beat him up were sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on the afternoon of September 7, 2023 .

Phnom Penh ‘nuisance nightclub’ given ultimatum
An unlicensed nightclub in Phnom Penh – that has been the focus of of violent and disruptive incidents this year – has been given a deadline to meet legal requirements, or shut down.

The Governor of Daun Penh District, Chea Khema, alongside Chap Dina, Deputy Governor of Daun Penh District led the Khan Administrative Unity Command to the ‘Miss Ex’ nightclub in Daun Penh, Phnom Penh on the night of September 6, 2023, to discuss with the owner issues of security, order and public order.

According to the investigation, the club does not have a license to open a club business.
