Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: It was revealed on social media that the S88 Beauty Salon in Phsar Thom Thmei was found to be unlicensed, and unofficial sources said that the wife of a famous comedian is in a coma and has been sent to the emergency department of Calmette Hospital, after she was treated with whitening serum at the S88 clinic.

This beauty salon is located at # 110E0 along Street 53, Sangkat Phsar Thmei 3, Khan Daun Penh. and from August 3, 2023, the temporary closure of the business was made with the participation of local officials, from the Ministry of Health.

There is no official confirmation of the cause of this injury as to whether it was caused by any cometic treatment from the clinic, but before that, [actor] Neay Pakmee posted a message on social media that his wife was in hospital for two days because she did not wake up after a treatment with a serum for skin-whitening at the above clinic. He raised the question of who owns the 18 beauty clinics of the mark S88 Beauty ? Who is responsible ?



This S88 beauty clinic has been closed temporarily, but many other unlicensed clinics which are still operating are a danger to the public. In Phnom Penh recently, there has been an increase of accidents caused by unlicensed beauty salons and clinics, where some customers have suffered injuries, permanent damage to their body, and in some cases the cosmetic surgery has even caused death.

Therefore, clients should choose a clinic that is accredited by the Ministry of Health, which has licensed doctors and trained medical staff. But, first and foremost, the deadly beauty salons who are open and operating without a valid permit should be closed down by the Health Ministry before there are further victims.

Ministry of Health decides to close “S88 Beauty” beauty clinic and all branches

The Ministry of Health has issued a decision to close and revoke the decision to open the “S88 Beauty” beauty clinic and all branches from August 4, 2023 onwards, after discovering that the owner of this beauty clinic opened many branches without permission from the Ministry of Health and caused serious accidents to victims.

In its decision, the Ministry of Health decided to close and revoke the decision to open the “S88 Beauty” beauty clinic located at A37, National Road 4, Sangkat Choam Chao III, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.

In addition, the Ministry will continue to apply the existing legal principles due to the fact that the owners of this beauty clinic have opened many branches without authorization from the Ministry of Health. One of them is providing whitening serum, which causes serious accidents for victims in the ICU room. Right? I want to know how the serum made her fall into a fucking coma! Did they lock her in a room with mustard gas or something? Usually they drop a water like substance on their skin. Sounds like she was ingesting it.
