It isn’t just headlines, but deep pockets. Rose Apparel has no where near the cash hoard Nike has.

Just like you alluded to, Nike is too high profile just to fold up shop and disappear.

Nike don't owe Jack shit in this scenario as they did not employ those workers.

Given that this is year three they aren't about to fold over optics and make a payment they are not liable for

Because, if they did, deep pockets or not, they would get eaten up by similar cases globally
