Duck breast fillets…?

Post by Freightdog »

Where might I reliably find Duck Breast fillets?

After a decade and a half of a slightly nomadic existence, I’m slowly getting my interest back for dabbling with cooking at home.
We live near Tuol Sangkae market, and it’s not always the best supported.

Without travelling around researching good butchers, would anyone in the know point out some likely spots?

Thai Huot (all branches) tend to have them in the frozen section, but more recently I've been getting meat from Strokesy - can't recall if they had duck, but that'd be a good shout if they do :-)
