My money is still on the Israelis dealing to him.
I saw someone online saying he needed a trip to the hospital after the last time he got jumped. No idea if it's true but it wouldn't surprise me.

I saw a different angle to his beating in Israel and it looked like he got a decent kicking. Onwards and upwards. The longer he stays there the more chance he has of getting hospitalized.
