Cambodia News (Stung Treng): 2 July 2023- In Stung Treng, an arrest was made by the Stung Treng Provincial Armed Forces in connection with the unauthorized photography of a woman while she was showering. The suspect, identified as So Villa, also known as Pros, a 39-year-old company employee, was apprehended on 30 June 2023, following a complaint filed by the victim.

In response to the complaint, Lieutenant Colonel Sao Vutha, the Stung Treng City Commander, along with the Stung Treng Municipal Gendarmerie, acted swiftly, and arrived at the scene in Prek Village, Stung Treng Sangkat, leading to the suspect's arrest. The victim informed the police that the suspect had taken her mobile phone and used it to capture explicit images of her through a hole in the wall while she was showering. When she became aware of the situation, she immediately alerted her cousin, who grabbed the man and seized the phone, and then reported the incident to the authorities.

Upon investigation, the suspect admitted to photographing the victim in a state of undress while in the shower on two separate occasions. Upon searching the man's mobile phone, the authorities discovered more naked photos of the same woman, which had been shared with the man's chat group.


The suspect, along with the confiscated evidence, is currently being held in custody pending the establishment of a case to be forwarded to the Stung Treng Provincial Prosecutor's Office for trial.

As a man with strange yet fascinating balls who stays in alot of different hotels, I'm often thinking about this issue.
Always check for holes, it's hard when there are high ceilings. There's a whole in the fan above my bed that is too high too reach. I could get my camera holder and extend it and put it on video mode to get a closer look for anything glass like or reflective.
I know there are devices you can buy to scan a room when you enter, I considered buying one off Lazada when I was last in Malaysia. As a pro would invest in better quality equipment and be able to hide these cameras very well with the size they can be bought at now. If I were a woman I'd probably even more paranoid.
It's something I used to be more paranoid about, now I usually just give a wave and swing my strange nuts around at any potential hidden camera holes, which is my way of saying f@#k you, if my nuts are so fascinating, I'm not going to give you the pleasure of thinking I care if you see me naked and I guess in a sense that makes me feel like I'm somewhat taking the power back and making them realise how creepy they actually are.

I'll also add, I think the concern comes alot from the the way you change every movement you make when you sense you're being watched or know you're being watched. Jean Paul Sartre wrote a piece called "the stare", which is about a fellow who is viewing people through a keyhole in a door, he is relaxed and being the voyeur and then suddenly he hears someone walking up the steps behind him. It's a good piece of writing, lots of videos on YouTube giving a better explanation of it than I can.

Actually Is it just me or does SE Asia have this fascination with see through curtains. It's like, you're going shopping for your hotels curtains and you want the best reviews on booking.com, so you go to the curtain shop and ask, "what type of curtains do you have?" "Well we have the see through and the blackout", "I'd like the see through curtains please".maybe it's just me but I get the impression most women don't like having the neighbours watch them having sex through the see through curtains. But I don't understand alot of things. I'm trying my best though!.

I don't get the part where he uses her phone to secretely take pictures of her and then leaves it behind for her to find it?

Was she beautiful? No photos?
