Weight loss supplements available in Cambodia?

I'm trying to cut off 8-10kg and am having trouble doing it. While I lived in Europe I often used ephedrine and caffeine in conjuction, but the former is strictly controlled due to its use in manufacturing ទឹកកក.

I can't seem to find if semaglutide drugs in oral form (i.e, Wegovy and Rybelsus ) are available, and I want the oral form as I am not keen on weekly injections unless I absolutely have to.

Does anyone know what (if any) sort of weight loss pharmaceuticals or drugs are currently available, particularily in Siem Reap? As it is so hard to find information online and most of the pharmacists here seem to have no idea about such drugs...

Let me put it more succinctly.
Medications don't replace physical activity or healthy eating habits as a way to lose weight. There are many studies that show weight management medications can be effective when used in combination with lifestyle changes but they are almost useless when they are used as the sole means to lose weight. Against that, a simple calorie controlled diet where weight loss is slower has long been proven to be a reliable method of weight loss and when pursued over an extended period of time result in a more stable weight being attained. ie. the weight comes off slower but stays off in the long term.

Stop putting so much food in your mouth and walk. It's simple.
That's like an alcoholic asking for ways to get drunk by getting a drunk supplement. Stop trying to find ways around it. I know that sounds harsh, but as a guy who is stopping alcohol, it's simple, don't put it in your mouth.
Cole from the snake diet YouTube channel would be a good motivator for you, in my opinion. You'll have to get used to the fact he has no qualms calling you a lazy f@#king fatty though.

Good analogy. I asked my doctor about a stomach pain after drinking alcohol. He said, 'Stop drinking.' Of course I carried on drinking. I'm also fat because of greed.... oh, and I'm lazy...

weight loss pills ( phentermine, adipex, bontril, etc etc ) will NEVER help you lose weight, they will make you less hungry
so with a healthy diet & exercise you will lose weight!

FYI:
cocaine, black beauties or having ur wife / partner leave you, will also make you less hungry

Just live on a diet of the dodgiest looking street food you can find, you will lose quite a lot of weight before too long
