What carrier offers you the best data speed on a mobile plan for Phnom Penh city area?
Looking for about 10 - 20gb per month? Metfone is burning up a $1 per day on the recharge cards i'm using.

There must be a better metfone package than you're on. O used to pay around $5 per month and got around that.

Smart I pay $1.25 per week for 5gb I think

Use their 5$ (exchange to 1.000$) dollar monthly plan and you'll have difficulty using it all. If that's note enough there's the 8$ tot 4.000$ plan. The 8$ plan equals 26,6 1$ plans......

I'm using Laor 6 as I'm closer to the 60GB end of the spectrum, but it looks like the Laor 1.5 Data would work for you? 15GB over 7 days, $1.50 job done. If you don't want to renew every 7 days, the Laor 6 plan is 30 days for $6.00 & the afforementioned 60GB, so you shouldn't worry about not having enough data.
