Wine (in moderation) is good for the heart

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Nice try David "Dan" Murphy, we all know it's you. Didn't expect sales are so low you'd be marketing liquor on a Cambodian expats forum though. For those out of the loop, Dan Murphys is a grog shop chain in Australia.

Private Nuts?
You're publicly nuts now mate.
I'm an Irish citizen living in Cambodia 11 years.
Never been to Australia. Don't plan to go there in the future. Don't drink wine (yet).
How are those meds working for ya?

Triggered?, that's a stretch, all in good fun my Irish friend. The meds are working great, I think I'm down to insulting or confusing about 3 people a month on the forum nowadays. Good days!.

Will ya have a cuppa tea, Father?
No, Mrs Doyle. Thanks all the same.
Ah, ya will, Father.
Ya will!
😜

Dermot Morgan was a near neighbour in Mt.Merrion, Dublin. A white cottage with an overgrown garden. RIP

It's not new, news. Been known for a long time but the good ingredients are only in red wines.

Red wine has phenolic compounds, such as gallic acid, catechin, and epicatechin (flavonols), which gives it antioxidant properties. They also reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation, thrombosis risk, plasma, and lipid peroxide.
