I pass quite a few vendors/stalls which are already open when I pass on my way to work around 6.45am and will be still open until at least 6pm, and they are open 7 days a week.

There is a subset of the population called 'long sleepers', of which I am one. I go to bed at 10 pm, out like a light. I get up at 10:30 am. Every day. Even so, my 4 cats outsleep me.

It's more of differentiating those with the proper motivation and those without... The who fall in the latter probably will do 14 hours or more bc of the in between naps haha

A good amount of locals do move up the social ladder bc regardless of the negativity there is good coin to be made. All comes down to motivation
