Phnom Penh, Cambodia: The body of a dead man found floating in a river appears to be a foreigner, possibly a Nigerian.

As of now he is still unidentified.

Phnom Penh: The news reports said the body of an unknown man whose identity was found in the canal district Tasek likely foreigners (black), and next to its corpse and dollar coupon Khmer guesthouse accommodation - Style (Style), located at House No. 99, Street 63 Lake neighborhood Daun Penh district drought.

Although the authority has not yet found bodies and identities are further research.

PEOPLE do not end up dead, floating in the river - by accident. I wonder what led to this man's demise? Debt? drugs lost? I also imagine... what it must be like - for even organized criminals - to go forth...Into unknown territory and survive...Ply your trade - make the money - because your boss says so - and not end up dead in a river 9,000 miles from home.

Some people do, I know of a Khmer young man that fell overboard during a party on one of the boats cruising the Tonle Sap/ Mekong. He was found the next day; actually the pics in the OP reminded me of his death.

That's the guy.

I'm just guessing by the way. The guy does look like him in the pictures but hard to tell without face shots.
