I highly recommend GK Bake, she can create pretty much any design and flavour you desire, reasonably priced, and delivery is included.

My kids and all of the family really enjoy her cakes, there are never any leftovers. Much better than the flavourless, mock cream, style local cakes, and way better than the overpriced, overrated cakes from Bloom and other similar bakeries.

I would recommend Crumbs Homemade Cakes. They are on St 123 in the Toul Tom Poung area. They make cakes to order. I usually just go for their delicious salted caramel brownies. They do cupcakes and cookies too. Here's the menu. Have a good one!
