What's an "80% New" Tuktuk ?
A person is selling a second-hand tuktuk on Fb that is described as "80% new". Any ideas on what "80% new" means ? 20% old ? I'm just curious.
Wanna sell a second-hand rickshaw. 80% new. Ask for 3,800$. PM for talking price. Thank you.

Haha, surely this isn't the first time you've noticed Cambodian people selling things online and stating what percent new they are

If you think it's confusing when describing a tuk-tuk as 80 % new, wait till the girls in the bars start using that term to describe themselves.
