4th of July at Lone Star

Hello all,

We will be doing our annual 4th of July barbecue on Saturday July 4th, at 2:00 pm.

Beef brisket, chicken, burgers, dogs, deviled eggs, various side dishes and whatever else we can find to grill up.....and probably some apple and pumkin pie.

10.00 per person

I am going to change the time to 3:00 pm to give us enough time to get the brisket off the smoker.

For some reason this reminded me of the terrific storm we had on 4th July last year, heaviest I've ever seen in Phnom Penh.

First time the bike ever stalled due to rain, road next to Royal Palace.

Yeah,

I remember that storm well.........right in the middle of our barbecue. I still had a great day sitting under the tent and drinking beer in the rain.

Great! Would love to have another AZ plate for the wall. Unfortunately....I will not be there. I am up in Alaska until July 16th. Drop by after that and let me buy you a beer.

My wife and staff are going to pull off this barbecue.........and they will do just fine.
