Jack's branding and business logo looks particularly shit and low effort

The coffee bar sign peeling from the wall above the tables with worn off varnish with a view of the industrial generator and air con compressors is exactly where I would want to drink a substandard draft, not

No, that's just been flattened. Jack's is nextdoor to Luxe, directly opposite Neil's Mart.

If anyone was wondering why there are no F&B outlets advertising on this forum, look no further than this post.

Ah, there was a hotel above paddy rice, couldn't remember the name.

A decent sports bar is needed around that area. Hopefully it does alright

Any idea what's going there.

That's been about 4 different bars in the last 2 years

Not a clue, sorry.

I am not sure if it is just the Paddy Rice building or also the two small shops between it and the new hotel under construction at the top of St. 130. I make a point of never walking between those two streets on the main road.

It would make sense to develop it all at once. You wouldn't want your new fancy hotel up and running just in time for someone to knock down next door and start the piling...

$1 happy hour ! unhappy hour !!! 50c yes happy hour but why bother with that beer, it tastes ok, but Cambodia cans tend to "win" 3 out of 4 times..you can cash in a 50,000 reil winner anywhere for $10...get $5 or more for 24 single can winners or buy a box for 7000r-10000r with 24 winnners.... :hattip:
