Cambodia News, (Pursat): According to the Pursat Provincial Police, on Tuesday, April 24, 2023, at 5:15 pm, there was a case of the aggravated theft of a motorcycle, a 2014 Honda Dream, where 3 suspects robbed a 13-year-old girl living in Kor village, Samrong commune, Phnom Kravanh district, Pursat province


The young girl was riding her 33-year-old sister's motorbike alone, going to visit another of her sisters along National Road 55 in the village. While the girl was riding along the road, she saw two suspects who waved to her to stop, but when she did not stop, one of the two youths took a long cane-cutter and attacked her motorcycle. The poor girl was so scared that she swerved and fell off the motorcycle into a ditch on the side of the road , causing minor injuries to her leg.
The suspects then jumped on the motorbike and rode off, leaving the girl lying in the ditch.

The girl's family informed the Phnom Kravanh District Police of the attack, and the police then investigated the incident, tracked down the stolen motorcycle, and arrested 4 suspects for aggravated robbery (using a weapon).
