I do suggest not bothering with phone calls/FB an get on a flight over. Ur presence along with drs notes on their condition might sway the court to release them
BUT still must ask:
What were they doing in Cambodia? if they have a medical condition, how did they get enough $$ and arrange flights?
9 days after arriving their stealing?
