Those are some great pics.

You look at their eyes, their faces and wonder what they're thinking... they've seen some life, a lot of it probably hard and cruel.

They could be extras, or even get main roles in any Hollywood movie.

Wise and creepy at the same time.

I've tried hard to get good portrait shots on my travels like the ones below but I'm reminded when looking at photos like the ones above how poorly I do it. Having interesting subject matter helps, but it seems some photographers are able evoke feeling or an emotional response from a block of wood.
