Crash Match on Monivong :Fortuner vs Camry Declared a Draw

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): In the early hours of 14 April 2023, at around 2:00am, a traffic accident occurred along Monivong Blvd and Russian Federation Bvd in central Phnom Penh, when a Fortuner car crashed into a Camry car at high speed, and thereafter crashed into a signpost and a tree, which bounced the Fortuner back on to the road, bringing both vehicles to a grinding halt, back to back.

The good news is that, despite the spectacular high speed collision, both car drivers are presumed to be fit and well, because they both managed to run away from the accident scene before the police arrived, leaving their vehicles for the traffic police to collect. The two cars were taken to the Phnom Penh Municipal Police Office, waiting for both drivers to come in and deal with the problem later.
