Cambodia News (Battambang): On 12 April 2023, the Battambang Provincial Police sent a group of 6 men to the Battambang Provincial Prosecutor's Office for questioning regarding the murder of a 28-year-old man, on 9 April 2023, by a road in Boeung Pring village, Boeung Pring commune, Thmor Kol district, Battambang province. The victim was waylaid by the gang of men and shot dead with a pistol, for a motive that has not yet been established.


According to the report of Battambang provincial police, the six suspects are:
1. 25 years old Vuth Sok Sousdey alias Sol, (who was holding the pistol).
2- 21 years old Long Srey Chet
3- 21 years old Kao Likou
4. 23 years old Keo Leng Hak.
5. 18 years old Lim Kim Thong
6) 27 years old Si Sam
All six of them live in Battambang City..

The victim was 28 years old Roeung Polo, living in Ang village, Sangkat Ocha, Battambang city, Battambang province.
After the arrest, the police confiscated the exhibits including 1 pistol and 5 motorcycles.
They were arrested by the police on 10-11 April 2023 in a guesthouse in Ang village, Sangkat Ocha, Battambang city.
